Agreeing to these terms

What CND is, and is not

CND is an information site. We collect coupons, deals and product picks from stores and show them in one place, with the date we last checked each one.

We are not the store. We do not sell the products, take your payment, ship your order or handle returns. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store.

Coupons, deals and prices

We work hard to keep every offer accurate, and we show a checked date on each one. Even so:

• offers, codes, prices and stock are set by the stores and can change or end without notice;
• a code that worked when we checked may not work for every product, basket or country;
• the store’s own terms for an offer always come first.

If a code does not work, tell us. We would rather fix or remove it than leave it up.

We cannot promise that any offer will be available, or that you will save a particular amount.

Using the site fairly

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish our listings in bulk, or use bots to do so;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead other people;
• send us anything that is abusive, false or infringes someone else’s rights.

We may block access if these rules are broken.

Our content and other people’s

The CND name, logo, design and our own text and images belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to pages for personal use, but please do not copy the site for another purpose without asking.

Store names, logos and product images belong to their owners. We show them only to help you recognise the offer, and their use does not mean the store backs CND.

If you send us a message or suggestion, you allow us to use it to improve the site. We will not publish your personal details.

Links to other websites

CND links to stores and other sites that we do not run. Once you leave CND, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for its content, products or service.

Who is responsible for what

No guarantees, and limits on liability

We provide the site “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will always run without errors or interruptions.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on an offer, including a code that did not work or an offer that ended.
